Our Leadership Team
Louis Tapia
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Tapia graduated from Old Dominion University with a Master’s degree in Business Administration (M.B.A.). After graduating, he entered the Army, making Infantry Captain after two years. He served in the Vietnam War, earning two Purple Hearts for his service. Mr. Tapia retired from the Army with a service connected disability; since retiring, he has built and managed several companies. For his outstanding success in business growth, Mr. Tapia was awarded the Small Businessman of the Year for the U.S. Minority Business Council. Mr. Tapia has over 30 years of experience in project and business management, and he possesses the financial and business acumen to oversee projects of all sizes and scope.
Christopher Tapia
Chief Operations Officer
Mr. Tapia graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from Centre College, and has a Masters’ degree in Social Work (M.S.W.) from the University of Kentucky, as well as a law degree (J.D.) from Northern Kentucky University, Chase College of Law. Mr. Tapia serves as the Chief Operations Officer for AllPro, and he has 15 years of experience working with government contracts and providing legal counsel and contract oversight in the healthcare field. Mr. Tapia oversees the operations in the company’s Nashville headquarters, and also manages the operations of Allpro’s branch offices in Beckley, WV, Richmond, VA, Brentwood, CA, Durham, NC, and Memphis, TN. Mr. Tapia is a licensed attorney, and also serves as the company’s general counsel and legal compliance officer.
